ID Requirements

All notarizations require proper identification. To have your signature notarized you must provide one of the following:

New Jersey Drivers License
Drivers License issued by a state other than New Jersey
Canadian or Mexican Drivers License
US passport
State, County or Local Government ID
Tribal Nation ID
Green Card
Foreign passport if stamped by INS
US Military identification card

All identification cards must contain a photo, physical description, signature and serial number. ID must be current, or have been issued within the last 5 years
